Ever since I drank my veggies for 3 days straight (cough cough using Blue Print), I've tried to make it a point to drink more water. Sadly, I'm not a fan of the plain stuff, coffee takes first priority always, but turning h20 into a fruity little combo helps!
Lemon-cucumber water not only tastes like the water at fancy spas, rumor has it that this stuff has healthy detox benefits too. All you have to do is chop and toss your favorite fruit into a pitcher [this one is amazing!].
