It's time to ditch the chips for chickpeas. . . and never look back.
Here's the deal, I have a horrible habit of needing to snack while I write. Problem is, I write for about 9 hours a day — turning to chips is not an option. Always on the hunt for something healthy and sweet, I quickly made this cinnamon honey chickpea recipe my BFF.
Each serving has protein, fiber, and more importantly, CRUNCH!
Ohh and as with everything I eat, I think a dash of salt perfects this recipe ;)
