play ball.

so here is my triple threat.


up first we got the tennis ball. to soothe those deep, nasty knots that are a lovely reminder of a practice that YOU defeated (not the other way around), just roll it 'round, under, and on all those braided muscles.

following him, we have the good old golf ball for the footsiez. just roll it around the bottom of your foot to attack those little problem spots (pressure points) that directly relate to the rest of your strong bod.  

and lastly, we got the bender ball. because just like the commercials say, its great to target those abs of steel.
