Ok so I know what you are thinking...EW that can't be good. A green smoothie? No way. But let me assure you, this little sucker is ahhhmazing!!!! I have seen it all around, here and there, and everyone seems to be swearing by it (which eventually became convincing.) When I decided to make it, I became instantly hooked. It is so good! You can't even taste the spinach because of the banana. Obviously, I had to add peanut butter. This drink is healthy and energy packed to kick start the day and take us well into practice numero 2. 

2 Cups Raw Baby Spinach
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 Cup Almond Milk (I prefer Unsweetened Vanilla)
1 Banana

(i like to add berries and a scoop of pb) 

But seriously. This drink is delish.
