Irish soda bread: the carb close to my heart. Something I long for when I'm not in Ireland and eat every single day when I am. If you've never tried it then: a) you need to ASAP b) it is not made with soda and c) it is a cross between a scone and a biscuit, so there can go no wrong! Celebrate your Irishness and whip up these little suckers. Don't blame me if you start talking with an accent...
